Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays), unless otherwise stated for pre-orders or limited releases.
     
  • During launches, promotions, and high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. We’ll always communicate if timing changes.

Local Pickup and Drop- Off

Local Pickup (By Arrangement Only)

  • Local pickup is available by appointment only.
     
  • After placing your order, you will receive a pickup message with available pickup windows.
     
  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of confirmation unless we agree on a different date.
     
  • No same-day pickup is guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed.


 

Local Drop-Off (Limited / By Arrangement Only)

  • Local drop-off may be available on select days, by arrangement only, within a limited radius.
     
  • If drop-off is approved, a delivery window will be provided. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed.
     
  • If no one is available at the agreed time/location, the order will be marked “attempted delivery” and must be rescheduled (a redelivery fee may apply).


Local Drop-Off Fee Schedule (South Suburbs / Chicagoland

Local drop-off is available by arrangement only on select days.

Drop-Off Zones & Fees

  • Zone 1 (0–5 miles): $8
     
  • Zone 2 (5.1–10 miles): $12
     
  • Zone 3 (10.1–15 miles): $15
     
  • Zone 4 (15.1–20 miles): $20
     
  • 20+ miles: drop-off may be declined, or a custom fee will apply. (Shipping is usually the better option.)

Delivery Windows

  • Drop-offs are scheduled in a 2-hour window (example: 12–2 PM).
     
  • Exact arrival time is not guaranteed (traffic, weather, and routing happen—welcome to Chicago).
     

Rescheduling & Missed Deliveries

  • If no one is available at the agreed time/location, the delivery is considered attempted.
     
  • Rescheduling requires a new delivery window and may include a $8 redelivery fee (Zone 1) or the same zone fee (Zones 2–4).
     

Minimum Order for Drop-Off (recommended)

  • Drop-off is available for orders $40+ (or any order with a bundle).

Shipping

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
     
  • Once your package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. You will receive tracking information when available.
     

Address Errors & Reroutes

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional fees related to rerouting, reshipping, or replacement.
     
  • If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it once shipping is repaid.
